Whose Justice is This? At the age of 15 I was arrested & charged with grand larceny. After months in a concrete cell, I was offered "a way out" by getting my mother to sign off on me being 'certified as an adult', at that hearing I was, afterwards I was transferred to the adult jail & given a bond, I bonded out, six months later my mother & I were at the county court house where I pled guilty (I was now a 16 year old convicted felon) & placed on probation. ...
