Most segregation units I've landed in have cell windows that are completely frosted over from the outside, making it impossible to look through them. But here at MCI Norfolk we have lots of beauti...

It is hard for me to write this. In prison we must hide our emotions. But I am afraid! My toe has been infected for four months. The Other Trans _ I'm a yogurt raisin. White on the outside. Black on the inside. If you love blacks, love me! If you hate blacks, hate me! I long for a tattoo: black, full-body and solid. I'm not transgender. I'm transracial. The other trans! I'm a black man trapped in a white man's body. I let my true color shine. The book to read is: "In Full Color: Finding My Place in a Black and White World" by Rachel Dolezal. The article to read is: "In Defense of...
